- Had direct responsibility for the account management and customer relationships of two of the three largest variable digital printing contracts in New Zealand during this time.

- As Operations Manager at Securacop I was directly involved in the planning and implementation, and accountable for achieving an ISO-9002 accreditation for the operation, which at that period was the largest digital printing facility in New Zealand.
